Do I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes, we email you a free digital proof so you can check the photo, the framing and the feel of the watercolour before we print anything. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you can ask for adjustments. It takes the uncertainty out of ordering a personalised gift you can't hold in your hands first.

How do I choose the right recipient gift from this collection?

Can I use a photo from my phone?

A phone photo works well in most cases, as long as the faces are reasonably sharp and the image isn't too dark or heavily zoomed. If a photo won't translate well into a watercolour portrait, we'll flag it at the proof stage before anything is printed, so there are no surprises.

What sizes and framing options are available?

Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm. You can order print-only or add a frame, available in black, white or natural wood, for an extra £30. Prices run from £34.95 to £94.95 depending on size and framing. The proof shows you exactly how the finished piece will look.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
