Do I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes, we email you a free digital proof so you can check the photo, the watercolour style and the framing before we print a single page. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you can request changes at that stage. It means you can order a gift you've never held in your hands with confidence it'll look right.

Can I use a photo from my phone?

A phone photo is usually fine, as long as the faces are reasonably sharp and well lit. Avoid heavy zoom shots or anything dark and blurry. If the photo you've chosen won't work well for the watercolour style, we'll let you know at the proof stage before anything is printed.

What sizes and prices are available?

Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm (8 × 12"), 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16") and 45 × 60 cm (18 × 24"). Prices run from £34.95 to £94.95. Adding a frame, black, white or natural wood, costs an extra £30 and arrives ready to hang. The free digital proof lets you check everything before you commit to printing.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
