Frequently asked questions
Do I get to see the design before it prints?
Yes. We email you a free digital proof so you can check the photo, the framing and the feel before a single page is printed. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you can ask for tweaks. It takes the guesswork out of ordering a gift you can't see in person first.
Can I send a photo of the outside of their new house?
Absolutely, a clear photo of the house exterior in decent light works well. Avoid shots taken from too far away or at an angle where the front door is hidden. If a photo won't translate cleanly, we'll tell you at the proof stage before anything prints, and you can send an alternative.
What sizes and prices are available?
Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm, priced from £34.95 to £94.95. Adding a black, white or natural wood frame is £30 extra and means the gift arrives ready to hang, no trip to the frame shop needed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few days of you approving the proof, then delivered worldwide. If you're buying as a moving-in gift, order in good time so the proof-and-approve step isn't rushed, the proof usually comes back quickly, but give yourself a few days' buffer.
What if I don't like the proof?
Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
