Can I use a photo from the proposal?

Proposal photos work beautifully, as long as the faces are reasonably clear. Candid shots with natural light often translate best into watercolour style. If the photo won't work well, we'll let you know at the proof stage before anything prints.

Framed or unframed, what should I choose?

A framed print (from £64.95) arrives ready to hang, a practical choice when the couple are in the middle of engagement chaos. Print-only (from £34.95) gives them the freedom to frame it to suit their home. Frames are solid wood in black, white or natural oak, and add £30.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
