Do I get to see the design before it prints?
Yes, we email you a free digital proof once the watercolour is ready, so you can check the portrait, the framing and the feel before a single page goes to print. Nothing prints until you approve it. You can ask for adjustments, and most couples find the proof is the moment the gift really lands.
Can I use a photo from the wedding day itself?
Wedding photos work beautifully, the first dance, the venue, a candid moment from the ceremony. The clearer and better-lit the faces, the crisper the final watercolour portrait. If the image is a little dark or blurry, we'll let you know at the proof stage before anything prints.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few days of you approving the proof, then delivered worldwide. We recommend ordering well before the wedding date so the proof step is not rushed, especially if you want the print ready to give on the day itself.
Framed or unframed, what are my options?
You can order print-only or add a frame in black, white or natural wood, all solid wood, no metal frames. Prints start from £34.95; a framed version from £64.95. Framed orders arrive ready to hang. Print-only lets the couple choose a frame that matches their home.
What if I don't like the proof?
Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
