Do I get to see the design before it prints?
Yes — we email you a free digital proof once the watercolour is ready, so you can check the portrait, the framing and the feel before a single page goes to print. Nothing prints until you approve it. You can ask for adjustments, and most couples find the proof is the moment the gift really lands.
Can I use a photo from the wedding day itself?
Wedding photos work beautifully — the first dance, the venue, a candid moment from the ceremony. The clearer and better-lit the faces, the crisper the final watercolour portrait. If the image is a little dark or blurry, we'll let you know at the proof stage before anything prints.
How long does delivery take?
