Do I get to see the design before it prints?
Yes, we email you a free digital proof so you can check the photo, the framing and the feel before we print anything. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you can ask for tweaks at that stage. It's there so you can gift with confidence, even when the person you're buying for can't see it in advance.
Which photo works best for a new baby portrait?
A clear, well-lit photo works best, a first hold, a quiet mum-and-baby moment, or a good scan image for a bump portrait. Phone photos are fine as long as the faces are reasonably sharp. If your photo won't translate well, we'll let you know at the proof stage before anything prints.
Can I send it directly to the new mum?
Yes. At checkout you can enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. If you'd like to add a personal message, note it in the order, we'll make sure it's included. The free digital proof comes to you, so you still get to approve the design before it reaches her.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few days of you approving the proof, then delivered worldwide. For a new arrival, there's rarely a hard deadline, but if you need it by a specific date, order with a little time to spare for the proof-and-approve step.
What if I don't like the proof?
Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
