Shipping Methods
As standard we ship using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £20 are free, and under costs £1.70
Royal Mail Strikes
Royal Mail are planning strikes on the following dates:
- Wednesday 30 November
- Thursday 1 December
- Friday 9 December
- Sunday 11 December 2022
This is causing severe delays to deliveries by up to 2 weeks. If you have had a dispatch notification from us, please be patient and allow 2 weeks for delivery. If it hasn't turned up by then, please contact support@sentimentalprints.com and we will help you.
Christmas & New Year Orders
The last day for guaranteed Christmas Delivery:

Please note, the factory is closed from the 22nd December 2022 to 5th January 2022. No orders can be made in this time, but you can still order and we will dispatch as soon as we are back in the studio. We will be running a skellington customer service team so it will take longer to get back to enquiries.
All of our signs are handmade and this takes time. We need to process design files, cut materials, set up production on our machines and let adhesives cure. We can rush, but never at the expense of quality.
