Do I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes. Once your order is placed, we send a free digital proof by email so you can check the likeness, the framing and the overall feel before we print anything. Nothing goes to print until you approve it, and you're welcome to ask for adjustments. It takes the guesswork out of ordering a gift you can't hold in your hands first.

Which photo works best for a couple's portrait?

Any photo where both people are clearly in frame and reasonably well lit tends to work well, a sharp phone selfie, a candid from a trip, or a wedding shot. Heavily blurred, very dark or heavily zoomed images can be trickier, but we'll flag any issues at the proof stage before printing, so there's no risk.

Prints are available in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm, with prices from £34.95 to £94.95. Adding a frame costs £30 and comes in black, white or natural wood, each arrives ready to hang. If they prefer to frame it their own way, print-only works just as well.

How long does delivery take?

Most couple's gifts are printed and dispatched within a few days of the proof being approved, then delivered worldwide. It's worth ordering with enough time for the proof-and-approve step, particularly if you have an anniversary or occasion date in mind, the proof is quick, but you'll want to feel unhurried.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
