Most of our prints ship unframed, so you can choose a frame you love rather than pay for one you'd swap out.

Pick your own look. Match the frame to your room, oak, black or white wood, or a mounted gallery style.
Don't pay twice. A frame you didn't choose often gets replaced. Unframed keeps the cost on the artwork.
Ships flat and safe. A flat-packed print travels far better than glass.

Choosing a frame that fits

Our prints come in three standard sizes, so an off-the-shelf frame is easy to find:

21 × 29.7 cm (A4) — fits any standard A4 frame.
30 × 40 cm — a common ready-made frame size.
45 × 60 cm — a popular large size, also widely sold ready-made.

Two easy ways to frame it:

Frame to size. Buy a frame in the exact size above, no mount needed.
Use a mount (mat). Choose a slightly larger frame with a mount cut to your print size, for a gallery look with a border.

Tip: check the frame's artwork opening (not its outer size), and look for a real glass or acrylic front.

Can I include our actual wedding vows as text in the print?

Yes, that's exactly what this print is designed for. Send us your vows (typed or as a photo of your order of service) and we'll incorporate the words into the watercolour artwork. If you'd rather lead with a wedding photo and add a short line or date, that works too. You'll see exactly how it looks on your free digital proof before anything prints.

Is this suitable as a wedding gift for another couple, or is it just for our own home?

Both work well. For a wedding gift, you'd need the couple's vows or permission to include them, many buyers ask a family member for a copy of the order of service. Alternatively, you can personalise with the couple's names, wedding date and a favourite photo, which requires no vow text at all. We send a proof, so you can check the wording before it prints.

What's the difference between the three sizes, and which is best for vow text?

The three sizes are 21×29.7cm (A4), 30×40cm and 45×60cm. If your vows run longer than a sentence or two, the 30×40cm or 45×60cm will give the text room to breathe and remain legible. The A4 size suits a short line, a date and a name best. Your digital proof will show you the actual layout at the size you choose, if the text feels cramped, we'll suggest sizing up.

How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

We aim to send your digital proof within a few working days of receiving your details. Once you approve it, your print is produced and delivered in days, printed close to you to keep the lead time short. Framed prints (wood frames in Black, White or Natural, +£30) follow the same timeline.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
