Do I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes. Once we've reimagined your photo as a watercolour portrait, we email you a free digital proof so you can review the framing, the colours and the feel before anything is printed. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you're welcome to ask for tweaks. It's especially reassuring when a gift has to be right for a specific date.

Can I use an old wedding photo?

Older wedding photos often work beautifully in watercolour, the soft style suits film-grain and vintage tones well. The main thing is that faces are reasonably clear and the image isn't heavily blurred or damaged. If a scan won't produce a strong result, we'll tell you at the proof stage and suggest alternatives before we print.

Framed or print-only, what are my options?

Every print is available unframed or with a solid wood frame in black, white or natural for an additional £30. Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm, priced from £34.95. The 30 × 40 cm framed is a popular choice for anniversaries, it sits well above a mantel or on a bedroom wall.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few days of you approving your digital proof, then delivered worldwide. If the anniversary is on a specific date, order with a little time to spare so the proof-and-approval step doesn't feel rushed, it's the part that makes the gift worth having.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
