Personalised Family Gifts
Most personalised family gifts end up being for just one person. A family watercolour portrait is for everyone at once — siblings piled together, three generations, the whole household in a single frame. We reimagine your favourite photo as a watercolour portrait made to hang. See a free digital proof before anything prints.
Personalised gifts, made to be kept
Why a family watercolour portrait is the gift no one else thinks to give
Group photos have a problem: everyone in the picture thinks someone else will deal with printing it. So the image where all three generations are together, or the one from the first Christmas everyone was there for, stays on a phone and hangs nowhere. A personalised family watercolour print changes that — it takes the one image where every face that matters is in frame and gives it a permanent place on the wall.
Choose a photo where the faces are reasonably clear and the light is good. We reimagine it as a soft watercolour portrait — the kind that reads as art on the wall, not a printout on the fridge. Available in three sizes (21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm or 45 × 60 cm), framed or print-only, with a black, white or natural wood frame for £30 more.
How it works
- Send your favourite family photo — a phone shot is fine, as long as the faces are clear.
- We reimagine it as a soft watercolour portrait, with everyone in frame.
- We email you a free digital proof — nothing prints until you're happy, and you can ask for tweaks.
- Your print is produced close to you and delivered in days — framed and ready to hang, or print-only to frame your way.
Not sure on size? 30 × 40 cm works on a shelf or staircase wall; 45 × 60 cm earns the main living-room spot. A natural wood or white frame suits lighter rooms; black suits a gallery-wall look.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get to see the design before it prints?
Yes. We email you a free digital proof so you can check every face in the frame, the composition and the overall feel before we print anything. Nothing goes to print until you're happy, and you can ask for tweaks. It takes the guesswork out of ordering a group portrait you can't hold in your hands first.
Can I use a phone photo with lots of people in it?
Yes, phone photos work well. The key is that all the faces are reasonably sharp and in decent light — group shots taken in low light or from a distance can lose detail. If your photo won't work well for a multi-person portrait, we'll let you know at the proof stage, before anything prints.
What sizes and prices are available?
Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm from £34.95, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm up to £94.95. Adding a frame (black, white or natural wood) is an extra £30. Framed orders arrive ready to hang — nothing else needed.
Is it hand-painted?
It's an artist-reimagined digital watercolour: we digitally paint your photo in a soft watercolour style, then print it on premium paper. It has the look and warmth of a watercolour portrait made to be kept, without the cost or wait of an original hand-painted commission.
