Do I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes, every order includes a free digital proof, emailed before we print anything. You can check the composition, colours and framing, ask for tweaks, and only confirm when you're happy. It takes the anxiety out of ordering a gift you can't hold in advance, and it's included as standard on every print.

Which occasions are these prints made for?

Can I use a photo from my phone?

A phone photo works well for most orders. The key things are reasonably sharp faces and decent light, avoid heavy zoom or dark, blurry shots. If the photo isn't going to work, we'll tell you at the proof stage before anything prints, so there's no risk in sending what you have.

What sizes and frame options are available?

Prints come in three sizes: 21 × 29.7 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 45 × 60 cm. You can order print-only or add a frame in black, white or natural wood for £30. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. If you're unsure on size, 30 × 40 cm suits most walls; 45 × 60 cm makes more of a statement above a mantel or sofa.

What if I don't like the proof?

Then we change it. The proof stage is there so you can ask for tweaks to the colours, the background or the likeness, and we'll keep revising until you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every print is made to order from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You approve a free digital proof before we print anything, so there are no surprises. And if a print arrives damaged or not as approved, we'll put it right straight away.
