Damaged or Faulty Items
Although we package every order carefully, damage can occasionally happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sentimentalprints.com. Wherever possible, include a photo so we can look into it with our courier.
We’ll send a free replacement right away. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned to help us investigate and improve our packaging.

Our personalised products are made just for you, so they’re non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. That said, your happiness truly matters to us.
If there’s an issue, let us know. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll send a corrected replacement at no cost. If you’ve made a mistake, we’ll do our best to help — especially with art prints and illustrations, as we keep your artwork on file.
We kindly ask that you return the original item before we process a refund. Returns must be received before a refund can be issued.
Art Proofs and Cancellations
We offer a proofing service for all illustrated items so you can review your artwork before we print. If you choose to cancel your order after receiving your proof, we’ll refund your order minus a £15 fee to cover the illustrator’s time.
If you request changes to your image after the proof has been sent, this same fee will apply.
Please Remember
We aim to represent each product as accurately as possible through photography and detailed descriptions. Slight variations may occur in colour or finish due to screen differences and handmade processes. We believe this adds to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
